This is Justin's 19th year as a head coach with CSM Sports and the Rawling's AZ CLASH Scout Teams.

His first year coaching was at Cactus High School in 2003 when he assisted the program to a 4A Region Championship, then the next year at Gilbert High School in 2004 when he assisted the program to 2004 5A State Champions – Runner’s Up, 2004 5A Fiesta Region Champions, and 2004 5A Coaching Staff of the Year Award.

A native of Peoria, Arizona, J.Hesse played for Cactus High School, before playing with Scottsdale Community College and then outfield/1st base for Eastern Michigan University. He graduated with honors with a Bachelors of Science in 2001 making the Dean's List. J.Hesse went on to complete his graduate studies at University of Phoenix with a Masters degree in Business Administration.
