Another season comes to an end for the NP JR League with the Northern Prospects going start to finish undefeated winning the championship game 12-3 over the Roardrunners. HC Darius Kondrotas had the shortened bench ready to play and the boys jumped out early with the leagues leading scorer Caleb Tiffin- Seminera putting them up 1-0. The men kept rolling and with some great goaltending by Max Zemp the Roadrunners finally put one past him in the second half by that time the game was out of reach. Congratulations to Head Coach Jacob Hiltz and the Roadrunner players who have been runner ups two years straight.
I would also like to congratulate Caleb Tiffin Seminera on being the leagues leading the regular season in points.
Alao special thanks to our referees, timekeepers Charly and Evelina and our league trainer Rob
Special thanks to Georgina who continues to show how well run the organization is running things very proffessionally and are always competitive. Also to the Storm team this was a very young team of 2009 players who got a bit of help along the way but showed great improvement in there development exactly what this league is here for the players of South Simcoe and area.
Hope to have everyone back and more next year as the chase for the coveted Hats continue
