Information and Process:

- Order forms will be handed out during the registration nights.  Forms can be completed and returned during any of the registration nights (9/26, 10/3, 10/10)

- Final day to turn in order forms will be October 24, 2018.  After 10/10/18, forms can be turned into Coach Brian Morgan on 10/17/18 or 10/24/18 at the Palmerton High School Gym.  He helps run the Varsity Lady Bombers Open Gym training sessions.

- Items will take 3-4 weeks to be completed.  Upon arrival, items will be available for pick up during practices.

- All checks should be made payable to Palmerton Youth Basketball Association.

- Additional ordering opportunities may be available late in the season.
