The Bulldog Battle will continue to have an "official" feel. This is due in large part to the presence of several generous people that nurture the game of golf and want to see young golfers learn how to play correctly. Because of their generosity, the players will experience what a state, college, or top amateur tournament would feel like. A special thanks goes to Ken Bruenning of the St. Louis District Golf Association for securing a fine group of local rules officials for this event.

The Bulldog Battle also owes a debt of gratitude to the tournament starters. Some are accomplished players in their own right and have donated their time in order to help at this event. Thank you!
