- Oscar Rodarte Leads The Rays To 12-6 Victory

- Oscar Rodarte powered the Rays at the plate and on the hill Saturday, willing the Rays to a 12-6 victory over Tribe.
- Rodarte went a perfect 1-1 at the dish for the Rays. He homered in the seventh inning.
- Rodarte kept contact to a minimum, striking out nine Tribe batters. Rodarte allowed four earned runs on six hits and three walks over seven innings.
- The Rays sealed the win with six runs in the fourth. The Rays scored in the fourth on a groundout by Josh Carrasco, a two-run single by Andres Velarde, and a three-run home run by Tyler Madrid.
- The Rays hit three home runs in the win. Additional home runs for the Rays came when Rodarte homered in the seventh inning and Chris Vega homered in the seventh inning. Rodarte increases his homerun season total to 4 which leads the league.
- David Dinh couldn't get it done on the bump for Tribe, taking a loss. He lasted 3 2/3 innings, walked five, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
- The top of the third saw the Tribe take an early lead, 3-0. A two-run home run by Oscar Leon, bringing home Luis Rodriguez started the inning off. Tribe then tacked on more runs when Mario Rodarte scored on an RBI double by Ernie Cabral.

- La Onda Beats Toros 5-1, Move into 1st Place

- La Onda beat the Toros 5-1 on Saturday behind Jerit Coleman, who went 3-3 at the plate.
- Joey Zrinzo's seven strikeouts helped La Onda to the victory. Joey Zrinzo allowed one earned run on four hits and two walks over eight innings.
- Andrew Vaca was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted 5 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out five, and allowed five runs.
- La Onda didn't relinquish the lead after scoring one run in the third inning when it scored on a groundout by Pac Gutierrez.
- La Onda built upon its lead with four runs in the sixth. A single by Mikey Robertson ignited the offense,, bringing home Gutierrez. That was followed up by Coleman's single, plating Robertson.
- The win pushes La Onda into sole possession of 1st place as they head into their bye week. They'll face off against a Tribe team that looks to regain its spot atop the LASA Saturday standings.
- Johnny Rojas's Big Day Not Enough, As The Toros Lose 14-4 To Tribe
- Despite Johnny Rojas's 2-3 performance at the plate on Saturday, The Toros took a 14-4 loss at the hands of the Tribe.
- Rojas had two extra-base hits for The Toros. He tripled in the third inning and doubled in the sixth inning.
- The game was never in doubt after the first, as the Tribe scored two runs on an RBI single by Oscar Leon.
- One run in the bottom of the third helped The Toros close its deficit to 5-1. A sacrifice fly by Romes Velazco sparked The Toros' rally.
- The Tribe got four-run rallies in the fourth inning and the fifth. In the fourth, the Tribe scored on an RBI double by Chris Valencia, plating Mario Rodarte.
- Two runs in the bottom of the fifth helped The Toros close its deficit to 13-3. A two-run double by Cam gave the Toros life. The Toros threat came to an end when Mario Madera finally got Vic Haney to ground out.
- A one-run sixth inning helped bring the Toros within 10. An RBI double by Rojas set off The Toros rally. But, Steven Valencia got Velazco to ground out to end the inning.
- Waves Drop High-Scoring Affair To La Onda, 16-9
- The Wave lost a battle of the bats on Saturday, falling short in a 16-9 ballgame against La Onda.
- Matt Welsh recorded the win for La Onda even though he allowed nine runs over five innings. He struck out three, walked two and surrendered 10 hits.
- La Onda had six hitters combine for 13 hits, 10 RBIs and 12 runs scored.
- Home runs for La Onda came when Dustin Williams homered in the first inning, Joey Dyche homered in the third inning, and Pedro Gonzalez homered in the eighth inning.
- Jacob Hoffman took the loss. He allowed 12 runs in six innings, walked nine and struck out five.
- The Waves answered La Onda's top inning with two runs of its own in the first. The Waves scored on a two-run triple by Rolando Ramirez.
- It didn't take long for the Waves to answer as it scored six runs of its own in the fourth. They scored on an RBI single by Bocca, an RBI single by Justin Demarco, a two-run single by Gerald Davis, and a two-run double by Jose Cruz.
- La Onda didn't relinquish the lead after scoring six runs in the sixth inning when it scored on four singles.
- La Onda built upon its lead with four runs in the eighth. An error scored Joey Dyche to start the scoring in the inning. That was followed up by Pedro's three-run blast, scoring Jerit Coleman and Mike Priaro.
- Toros Fall 10-4 To Waves Despite Romes Velazco's Effort
- The Toros lost 10-4 to Waves Saturday despite Romes Velazco's two-hit day at the dish.
- Jerry Lehman got it done on the hill on the way to a win. He allowed four runs (0 ER) over seven innings. He struck out eight, walked one and surrendered five hits.
- Jake Halpert, Justin Dimarco, Gerald Davis and Lehman helped lead the Waves. They combined for 13 hits and seven RBIs.
- The Waves didn't relinquish the lead after scoring three runs in the first inning when it scored on two singles.
- After posting two runs in the fourth, the Waves again scored two in the seventh. In the fourth, the Waves scored on a two-run single by Gerald, scoring Joe Martin and Justin Dimarco.
- Three runs in the bottom of the fourth helped the Toros close its deficit to 5-3. An error, , and an error sparked a Toros' rally but theToros threat came to an end when Jerry Lehman finally got Ryan Benabou to ground out.
- The Waves added three more runs in the top of the sixth. Justin's single got things going, scoring Halpert.

- La Onda Drops 8-5 Game To The Rays Despite Efforts Of Dustin Williams
- Dustin Williams did all he could to give La Onda a boost, but it wasn't enough to get past the Rays, as La Onda lost 8-5 on Saturday.
- Williams did his best to jumpstart the offense for La Onda, reaching base four times. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He doubled in the seventh inning and singled in the third and ninth innings.
- Even though Christian Prado allowed five runs over 7 2/3 innings he still recorded the victory. He struck out six, walked four and surrendered 11 hits.
- Christian, Andrew Velarde and Tyler Madrid helped lead the Rays. They combined for seven hits and seven RBIs.
- Williams lasted six innings, walked one, struck out seven, and allowed five runs.
- The lead stayed with the Rays after the first, when they scored three runs on two solo home runs by Velarde, Madrid and a sacrifice fly by Oscar Rodarte.
- The Rays got one-run rallies in the third inning and the fifth. In the third, the Rays scored on an RBI single by Prado, plating Oscar Rodarte.
- One La Onda run crossed the plate in the bottom half of the third, making the score 4-3. An RBI single by Jordan Espino set off a La Onda rally. Prado got Jerit Coleman to fly out to end the threat.
- After pushing across one run in the bottom of the seventh, La Onda faced just a 8-4 deficit. An RBI double by Williams fueled La Onda's comeback. Jesse Martinez flew out to end the La Onda threat.
- La Onda scored one run in the bottom of the eighth to cut its deficit to three. An RBI groundout by Pedro Gonzalez scored Karo Makserejian and allowed Jaret Coleman to advance to 3rd. The Rays stopped the rally after Oscar Rodarte induced a ground ball to get the final out of the inning at 2nd base. La Onda threatened again in the bottom of the 9th but Rodarte was able to shut the door and record the save.
