Attached is LGRA's sponsorship form.

Background Check Link
All coaches (head coaches and assistant coaches) plus team moms must have completed background checks prior to the start of the season. Once your background check has been approved, visit any Rec Center to pay for and pick up your badge.
Any person(s) in the dug out without a badge, will be subject to dismissal from the field.

Score Cards
Feel free to print off as many copies of this score card as you need. Score Cards should be submitted to Darryl Rowe at HCPRD for all home games. This is MANDATORY.
