Dirt Dogs pound out 9 HRS in route to a 28-17 win
The Dogs improved to to 11-2 on the season with their 28-17 win over the Kavemen at Nessing Field Friday nite. The Dirt Dogs hit a combined 9 home runs. John Sokolis went 5-5 with 2 home runs and 8 rbi. Frank Sims hit 2 home runs while Zak Sokolis went 4-6 with a home run. Kris Hewitt, Dan "CRUSHER"Mazzaccaro, Jeff Milner, John Wilson all homered in the victory...Stef Destefano went 4-4 including a double that he got into his home run trot and the ball never reached the fence. John Wilson went 4-6 while hitting for the cycle
