Fall 2025 election volunteer form

Now accepting nominations for Board positions for the Fall 2025 election held Saturday, October 25th, 2025. Form must be submitted by 11:59 pm on October 19th.

If you are a dedicated parent, grandparent, coach, or just interested in volunteering your time to help support our program and develop the kids soccer and sportsmanship skills, please complete the form to make a difference.

Please select ONLY ONE of the following positions to volunteer for. Selecting more than one will void this volunteer form.

President: This will be a two year term. The president is in presiding over all meetings of the BSC and coordinating with the BSC Board to ensure all the required duties are fulfilled. Must have a minimum of one year of experience on the BSC board

Secretary:2yr in charge of overseeing all BSC communications, monitoring Facebook, and recording meeting minutes.

Director of Coaching:2yr term. Must be able to achieve coaching certification. Responsible for recruiting and training of coaches, and maitaining record of their course completion.

Fundraiser Coordinator: One year position. Repsonsible for coordinating team and field sponsors, along with coordinating various fundraisers (such as mums, popcorn, etc).

Concession Coordinator: 1 year term Responsible for coordinating volunteers to work the concession stand. Must help with purchasing and stocking & cleaning the concession stand and related items.

Field Maintenance Coordinator: 1yr term Responsible for maintaining and coordinating volunteers to help with mowing, emptying trash, fixing nets, benches, and goals. Mowing and maintenance experience a plus.

Referee Coordinator: 1yr term Responsible to schedule and oversee training and certification of referees, MUST be a CURRENTLY CERTIFIED REFEREE
