Hello everyone,

A few things to go over this week.

Moving forward ALL kids must have a mouthpiece to play in the games.  I was taken back by how many kids did not even have a mouth piece in their bag,  this is not optional everyone must wear a mouthpiece moving forward.

Secondly, I think this weekend showed us a few things:

1. Central PA has some really good  lacrosse players
2. still a lot of work needs to be done to get better
3. most of the kids are out of shape, no excuses why you can’t run up and down a field for 60 -120 minutes

Varsity players are welcomed to come play in all 3 games if interested, also please let me know if you are not going to be able to show up so we can plan accordingly. 

JV teams will be separated after Wednesday’s clinic and the new rosters will be posted Thursday afternoon.   If you know of anyone that is interested in playing let us know.  We would like to add 6-8 more players and have 3 teams.   Anyone interested let me know.

Wednesdays clinic will go from 5:30pm until dusk the game plan is 45 minutes of shooting and drills, then split everyone up to have organized scrimmages amongst all of the boys.

Due to weather conditions, Stump Park has been closed and today's scheduled Fall Ball events have been cancelled.  Fall Ball will resume Sunday morning.  Schedules have been updated.  Look for team placements later today.

Hello Lacrosse players, coaches, and parents,

Yoco Lacrosse has established a fall lacrosse league for any player interested.  Registration is up and running and will consist of two leagues.  One 8th - 10th grade league consisting of JV and rising 8th graders, and a second league of 10th-12th graders with Varsity players only.  Teams will be separated evenly by position and talent, not by school district.  Games will be Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.  There is a Full time option to play both days, and a part time option of Sunday only.  Games will start the first week of September and run through October 15th.

An All Star Team will be chosen from this pool of players, YOCO KSG players, and invited players.  This team will have the opportunity to play in a handful of Fall tournaments, not intended to interfere with Club team fall tournaments.  Additional fees to be determined.  

This league has been created to give Central PA lacrosse players a local place to play competitive games against local talent with minimal travel.
