Each team must provide a roster with players first & last names, along with DOB.  A A roster form from any tournament organization will be sufficient (USSSA, Triple Crown, Nations, Super Series, ASE, etc..). It can also be a typed out roster as long as it contains all the players with first & last name with DOB.

Each team must show proof of current insurance

Check-in is before the first pool play game, Rosters and Insurance can be emailed to the tournament director before hand tournamentdirector@tcrbaseball.com
