This is the current protocol for fingerprinting in New York State.
On July 14, 2017, the ORI TEACH will no longer be in use. You must use the Service Code or URL below to schedule your fingerprinting appointment.

You may schedule online or call MorphoTrust at: 877-472-6915 to schedule an appointment. The fingerprint application fee is: $101.75. 50% is reimbursed by providing proof of fingerprinting.
