Dear Prospective Sponsor,

The Spring Saints Youth Football and Cheer Organization is a newly formed 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Based in the heart of Spring, Texas, our community based, volunteer-only organization serves boys and girls ages 4-12. The Spring Saints has four football teams and one cheer squad, approximately 100 children, competing in the Youth Football Federation (YFF). The YFF is strictly a governing body and does NOT provide financial assistance/funding to any participating team.

The Spring Saints are focused on teaching the children of Spring the fundamentals of football and cheerleading, promoting academic success through tutorials and educational seminars, and the importance of giving back by hosting food, toy and school supply drives and feeding the homeless. We also strive to promote character building, leadership, sportsmanship, self-esteem and respect of others. We understand that all children come from different socio economic backgrounds and thus our aim is to provide children from all economic backgrounds the same opportunities.

As with all youth sport organizations, financial support is a challenge. Player registration fees help to purchase uniforms, pay league fees and purchase mandatory equipment needed for our organization. We are fully committed to the children in our community as we do not turn any child away due to the inability to pay and would like to offer scholarships in these instances.

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT

The Spring Saints invite you to become a valuable community sponsor for our youth football and cheer organization. Your 100% tax deductible donation will assist us in providing scholarships, tutoring and educational seminars, purchasing needed equipment, and promoting health and wellness within the families that we serve.

Business sponsorships help offset our annual expenses and any support, whether monetary or item that may be used as a raffle item or for a silent auction, is greatly appreciated. In exchange for your generous sponsorship your company will receive various forms of advertisement at our games and on our website. Attached you will find the following: a sponsor form and a sponsor appreciation category list. Please be advised that all donations are tax deductible.
