Game Cancellation Policy Due to Weather:

If a game needs to be cancelled due to weather, the League Board will make the decision (based on field conditions and weather) at least 2 hours prior to game time (exception being if a last minute weather event pops up forcing a last minute cancellation). We will do everything we can to play a game, but we always have the players safety at top of mind.  

When a game is cancelled an email blast will be sent out to all of the league (players and coaches). Please make sure you are subscribed to our Email/Newsletter List to make sure you receive all important communications.  We will also post the game cancellation to our Facebook Page.  Coaches should always follow up with their teams to ensure everyone is aware of the cancellation.
