HBRBA follows all the current Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth Baseball League Rules.  Please take a moment to review and utilize throughout the baseball season.  These rules can also be found in our Document Center.  The HBRBA Board of Directors has updated the League Rules for the 2023 HBRBA season and attached are the updated rules for 2023.  Changes for 2022 have been highlighted.
